i’ve never been able to find this anywhere !! i definitely need to look again, but this looks good !!
I LOVE the Upton’s Naturals seitan chorizo. This might be a great substitution when I am out and am able to find this.
Trader Joe’s has an awesome soy chorizo as well. I make up packets of diced bell peppers and chorizo to put in the freezer that I can just scramble in the morning super easily.

Yes!! I used these for tacos and they were a hit even among non-vegetarians/vegans
I make it with lentils and always have some in the freezer.
I don’t know about this particular product but Morningstar farms is known for sneaky milk where you don’t expect it. Just FYI! I hope they are vegan, they look delicious 😀
