







I had just gotten back from out of state vacation so I needed meals with minimal prep.
Mon-Wed: yogurt parfait, protein coffee, quiche & veg sausage & pickled green beans, protein bar, a “ham” & burrata sandwich.
Thurs: yogurt parfait, protein coffee, quiche & veg sausage & pickled green beans, protein bar, tuna cakes with rice & herby salad.
Friday: cereal, apple, protein coffee, cheese, crackers, bread & butter pickles, cherries, protein chips & 0 cal soda, tuna cakes with rice & herby salad.
Protein coffee is homemade cold brew, added premier protein shake for the creamer, plus sugar free torani syrups.
I use ginger salad dressing with the tuna cakes, it my favorite dressing ever.

Those protein chips were horrendous when I tried them, I’m glad you like them they seem like a healthy choice!
