I mean that’s fine for a breakfast/morning snack..??
Just an observation, kind of off topic, sorry; I eat Great Value cheese string all the time. In Canada they’re 60 calories and 21g. I assume you’re in the U.S.? I wonder why they’re different??
Edit: They are 80 calories and 28g in the U.S. – I should have mentioned the difference. I wonder why they’re different..? Must be because of manufacturing or something? I wonder if Canada gets them somewhere different.

This seems like the expected amount of calories for that snack to me, but I find string cheese really filling so I think they’re worth the calories.

What were you hoping it was?
I feel that is appropriate for breakfast.
I probably would’ve had one string cheese and then added low calorie veggies for more volume.

Girl, respectfully, it’s silly to be mad at yourself for eating a 240 calorie breakfast.
