    Ugh yum what a bowl! Marabou absolutely the best chocolate of all time. I wish they’d take the goddamn daim out of the bars in our local IKEA. Hmm gotta be a cheesecake brownie or a slice of baked cheese cake!

  4. Takeaways. I have a cheat meal every couple of weeks and usually that’s spent on a takeaway. Not a specific one but some of my favourites are a duck kung pao with prawn crackers from my local chinese takeaway, curry goat with pounded yam and cow foot and Nigerian fanta from my local Nigerian place and a good spicy curry with a saag dish, mango chutney and poppadoms from my local Indian restaurant.

    I could never go without my takeaways. I’ve lost 26.2kg/58lbs since the end of November 2023 so I guess my chest takeaways can’t be that bad! As you said, anything in moderation.

    I just found these frozen chocolate covered strawberries at the grocery store today and I think they’ll be my new fave, only 80 cals per strawberry and it’ll give me a chocolate fix!

    COOKIES. I love those stupid cookies that are chocolate chips and m&m’s. I get to have those once a month, cause I can’t be trusted to make good choices with them.

    for cheat meals; krispy kreme doughnuts, cheesy buldak noodles, doritos dippers with dips, burritos, pasta (with olive oil, butter), baguettes, krave with milk, triple chocolate muffins. I have like any 3 of these items like once a week for a treat
