  1. Are you sure that you’re setting an appropriate calorie target for yourself? What calorie target are you aiming for? And for reference, what are your stats (age, sex, height, weight, activity level, exercise)?

And how many calories were you eating on average prior to 2 days ago? If it’s about more than your current calorie target, you may want to consider working your way down slowly instead of cutting your calories dramatically. That may make it easier for you to transition.

An entire packet of sugar free jello is 20 calories and pretty filling

  3. I feel this. Trying to lose weight and I’m staring at evil things like Pizza and stuff which would break my daily allowance of certain macros really quickly. Lmao

i think if you feel starving at the end of the day it’s a. an indication you should maybe bump your calories by 100+ for now or b. let yourself go over a little on days like that – plenty of very low calorie high volume snacks (veggies, fruits, jello, zero calorie drinks, or if it’s really unbearable i’d do some greek yogurt or something similarly protein dense as long as it doesn’t put you in a big surplus). it’s about feeling good SUSTAINABLY

Popcorn (without oil and butter obviously), pickles, cucumbers, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce (seems weird but the crunch is satisfying).

Something I recently started doing is not allowing myself to eat until I’ve drink all the water in my hydroflask (24 oz). I don’t chug I just drink it while getting ready for the da. Might help to try drinking more water before starting to ingest food.

Stack up on protein food. The more protein you eat, the fuller you’ll feel for longer 😊
