Breakfast: two pieces of cheese toast with two wedges of laughing cow cheese, a clementine and an homemade chocolate peanut butter protein ball.

Lunch: half a PC thin crust pepperoni pizza, a clementine and another protein ball.

Dinner: pork chop and broccoli.

Snack 1: cheese, watermelon and cherries.

Snack 2: banana Greek yogurt with chocolate chips.
