Wanted to share some food inspo for y'all 😊 I've been eating mainly whole foods for the past month and I feel amazing! Goal is to lose only around 5lbs, but I'm proud of myself for being consistent with home cooked meals. Not sure if this would classify as 80/20 diet or 90/10 lol. This feels like a lot of food to me and I'm always full. And yes, I include oil in my calorie count. I try to over estimate how much I use since I only use oil sprays.
Food and cals/protein below:
- ezekiel tortilla + egg, egg whites, avocado, mozzarella, spinach wrap, everything bagel seasoning + sriracha 440cals, 30gP
- dragon fruit 60 cals
- matcha + stevia + coconut water 27 cals, 2gP
- blueberry + dragonfruit + almonds + greek yogurt bowl 220 cals 21gP
- air fried tilapia + white rice + garlic parm broccoli + lemon + soy sauce 470 cals 54gP
- protein classic milk tea ice cream 125 cals 23gP (used a ninja creami + gogonuts protein powder) these macros are not for the entire pint, only for half. i split this with my bf lol
- 2 golden oreo thins (not pictured) 70 cals, used as topping for my milk tea ice cream

Looks really nice!
I’m so jealous of people who can get dragonfruit readily. It’s hard to find where I live.
that smoothie looks so vibrant
How do you make the ice cream? Like what ingredients?
How did you cook the tilapia and the broccoli mine never look that good while yours looks great!
Coconut water for matcha is a great idea!
