




I had several slices of cake on midsommar but we still eating like usual today! I woke up not hungry at all though and had breakfast at 13:30
breakfast: banana oatmeal with quark and raspberries, 271 kcal
lunch: tunnbrƶd rolls with smoked salmon and phildelphia, an ugly omelette with spinach, ham and tomatoes, 396 kcal
dinner: lots of quark and strawberries, more tunnbrƶd rolls(I think these might be a new obsession), 449 kcal
snack: a protein bar, 212 kcal (I know the package says 198 but it weighed more)
