  2. Gah, I hate depression. I have MDD and I have been doing great and I’ve had a bad week. I’m hoping I snap out of it! Luckily, I’ve kept my eating ok. I’ve been hiding in my room though since Monday.

  3. that last part is why i cant lose any damn weight! Once i binge or pig out for a day i just go up 4 lbs and it takes a week to lose. just have to eat healthily everyday

    /srs I did this for awhile before realizing I was failing because I was restricting/pushing myself too much and then burning out. Finding a solid middle ground was key

    Honestly, if you’re consistently eating under maintenance, having a couple days of maintenance or over maintenance eating can really help. That’s what got me out of my plateau
