AFAIK the body absorbs about 0.4g of protein per kg weight pretty much entirely per meal. Then the percentage drops pretty dramatically. So with 15g you’re probably fine.

2.realize that the protein bars are ultra processed and thus they are nearly impossible to judge in terms of the actual bioavailability of protein sources. That can vary in a big range. You would have to look at one specific bar, then if the protein in it consists of, say soy protein isolate, you would have to look that up again and also consider digestibility, again affected by dietary fiber intake etc so we’re looking at an insane amount of variables here.
3.if you have whole foods, like say a chicken breast or some beans, you can pretty safely rank it as the highest, most easily available protein for your body because that is exactly what (healthy) gut bacteria in all animals is supposed to break down, whereas we cannot reliably tell here how well that happens with these processed foods. That doesn’t mean that they are worse etc. it means you have to take them for what it is and account for them in your diet, as with everything else.
