Hey, just wanted to ask about this and wasn't sure where to ask. I got a bottle of ALO Drink and it says zero calories: https://alodrink.com/products/discover-alo-organic-zero/ It's sweetened with monk fruit and stevia. I'm just a little bit anxious about drinking it since I can't find many posts about aloe vera—is the juice by itself zero calories?

Edit: I know that it can be labeled as 0 if it is less than 5 kcals per serving. I'm just nervous that the aloe juice and pulp are going to be way more than that.

Says 1 bottle (or 16.9 fl oz) is the serving and a serving ie 0 calories so I would say yes! I know I drank a tea that said the exact same thing lol it’s always a fun surprise to find out a sweet drink has no calories!

  2. Hardly any beverage except water is zero cals. It contains aloe vera juice and pulp, so it would be impossible for it to truly have zero calories. If a product is less than 5 calories per serve, they can label it as zero calories, so I imagine that is the case here.
