  1. If you are working out as a male you would probably benefit long term by upping your calories from 1500. You have done a great job so far and it is clear to see a massive difference but you don’t want to starve your newfound muscles!

    I don’t know what kind of comments help a person with body dysmorphia feel supported or trigger them, so I’ll just say, nice.
