
This is just one example of a meal I fully intend to keep around even if I don’t want to “lose weight”. Low fat ricotta, 1/4th cup mixed with those squeeze tube herbs (Italian)+ garlic powder – 55 cals. 1 piece daves killer bread, 110cals. Three thin slices tomato and fresh basil. Top with herb garlic salt. Spread the ricotta thick on the bread and had some leftover so I used it to dip veggies in. Don’t judge – trying to use up one of those veggie trays lol
Whole meal is under 200-250. Pretty good for lunch when I intermittent fast to meet calorie goals until around 12pm-3pm most days (minus coffee) 😌

Ricotta toast is top tier! If you have the calories to spare, it’s super tasty with a small drizzle (like 1-2g, it really doesn’t need much) of extra virgin olive oil.
