1500 Calorie Diet

This huge bowl of lean beef mince stew with potato and veg feels so wrong – there was so much and less than 700 kcals! Photo doesn’t do it justice.

That ultra lean ground beef is pricey, but wow, does it really help keep the calorie count down!
