Smaller meals and often

The zucchini looks a little sad because I grilled it last night, but I’m trying to eat healthier and smaller meals more often to keep me from getting hungry.. oregano olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder

**I’ve so far lost 13.4 lbs in 3 months**

Only 137 lbs to go.. 🤦🏼‍♀️
