
I just couldn’t believe it’s possible. I’m sharing it with those who just started CICO and feel restricted. I had a bad experience with a pasta portion, I felt miserable. But this time it is much better.
I weighed the dried/raw ingrédients, and checking the volume, decided on the proportions.
My 👌ratio
75 grams of pasta/linguine
200 grams of beef (actually, could get by just 150-170), but I was afraid I would be hungry.
tomato puree – 50 grams
parmesan (yeah, I was on 🔥 today) – 30 grams.
602 kcal with parmesan /542 kcal w/o parmesan. About 52 grams of protein w/o parmesan
amazingly delicious, within my 1500 budget (my breakfast was 364 kcal, lunch – 438 kcal, snacks – 38 kcal).
So, it’s always worth trying 😋
