Lol I think it defeats the purpose of being low cal if you eat the whole pan

I’ve tried this and it’s now a staple for when I want brownies.

The ingredients: 1 package dry mix (600kcal) 46g (3tbsp) egg whites (25kcal) 56g (¼ cup) lowfat cottage cheese, blended (45kcal) 6oz plain sparkling water ½tsp baking powder Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips/chunks. I crumbled up 27g Gatsby sea salt dark chocolate (60kcal)

Mix all wet, add all dry, stir ’til smooth, pour into lightly greased 11×7 glass baking dish, bake at 325° for 33-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE, YOU WILL DRY THEM OUT AND DESTROY THE COVETED FUDGE. YOU WILL HAVE CAKE. The batter for this method is on the runny side. If you want chocolate chips/chunks, I recommend adding them halfway through the baking process so the brownies have set up enough to hold them at the top. If you add them first they sink down to the bottom. Still delicious, not as pretty, demolished the whole pan in two days anyway.

  3. supposedly you can replace eggs with greek yogurt and replace oil with unsweetened applesauce. I wonder if it would work for Halo Top brownies. If so, you could get the calories down so much that you could eat the WHOLE pan! hahahah
