I prefer to eat ~1200-1350 during the week to give me more calories on the weekends but still stay in my deficit, not usually hungry in the morning so 2 frothy coffees set me up until lunch.

Lunch: rice, mixed beans and tomatillo salsa 501 cals

Snack: two drug eggs (marinated hard boiled eggs – these are so good) with some pre cooked chicken breast, 273 cals

Dinner: gammon steak, homemade chips, Broccoli and an egg, 435 cals

    So what are drug eggs marinated in? So a gammon steak is a ham steak basically?

    Our family calls them tea eggs! Drug eggs totally makes sense as I can easily down 6 of them 🤪
