
~170g of chobani vanilla greek yogurt (134 cal, 15g protein)
okay sorry im brown so for the rest, do ur best im sorry
– a happy sprinkle (like a lot but not A LOT like a little-a lot like a dusting of one layer over the whole yogurt part) of zero sugar jello vanilla bean powder (0 cals)
– baking soda. less than a teaspoon. and then when u scoop it up and about to put it in the yogurt, take away half of what u thought u needed trust me having less is MUCH better than having more, the baking soda add ice cream texture for when u freeze it
– ~18g of cool whip (50 cal)
– 1 serving milk chocolate chips (i think its 1 tsp)
