
hi again! whenever im feeling hungry but i am missing a lot of protein, i immediately go for tuna, i do add these ingredients with measuring tools as well. you can always skip out on certain additions and make it your own!
this is guaranteed to fill you up since its a bowl and you still get your protein! i sometimes will add a slice of bread or maybe a few gluten free pretzels but thats mainly to show family that im eating really well.
