Just some fun at home. I wish i had the ingredients on hand to make a ganache to pool underneath before the splat. Normally i feel like splats are overused but these profiteroles are so big they have to be plated, and i actually dropped a couple on accident and couldnt believe how great they pop when they fall a distance
