    I am always on the lookout for new to me jam flavors. This is my first time trying black mulberry jam…it is delicious. Also, at 35 calories per tbsp with 8 grams of sugar; this jam is a healthyish way to satisfy a hankering for something sweet. Full meal ~ 375 calories.

    Meal details:

    3/4 cup cooked oatmeal ~ 120 calories

    4 ounces plain nonfat yogurt ~ 60 calories

    2 Tbsp black mulberry jam (Farma Foods Brand) ~ 70 calories

    10 oz. coffee with milk and sugar ~ 75 calories
