i recently wrote a post on reddit saying i didn’t feel full after my meals, and everyone said i needed to incorporate more protein and fiber into my diet, as well as increase the amount of calories i was eating. i meal prepped today, each container is around 530 cals with around 23g in protein! very proud of myself. i’m officially eating around 1550 cals a day 👍🏼 (which i am very happy about)

  1. I have been sleeping on chickpeas. You can actually do lots of stuff with them. Good to see.
