So I ate a huge slice of chocolate cake today and had almost no calories left in my budget by the time dinner rolled around.

I am actually not super-super hungry, but I’m one of those people who cannot go to bed without a warm meal.. So I came up with this super low cal soup.

This soup contains one whole head of bok choy (150g), 5 shrimp (50g), one garlic clove, 1 tbs of light soy sauye, half of a knorr chicken bullion, a squeeze of lemon and a lil bit of sriracha.

I think this will be a regular one!

    I still have some kimchi mandu in my freezer that I think would go wonderfully with this instead of shrimp 🤌
