The recipe calls for cooking them in some oil, but in my experience a good non-stick pan and a little spray oil work just as well.

Omg š± this is the recipe I have been waiting for!!! I have been looking for so long for a vegan version of the traditional zucchini pancakes from my early childhood that were made with eggs and Parmesan cheeseā¦ now I found it! I canāt wait to try it out, Iām going to make it today! Thank you š
