I made a build-your-own-salad from CAVA (a fast casual Mediterranean chain in the US) and got romaine, Splendid Greens (more romaine, radicchio, escarole, chicory, and endive), grilled chicken, salt brined pickles, tomato and cucumber salad, and balsamic date vinaigrette. Colorful, delicious, and filling!

I love Cava but I haven’t gone in a year because they kept giving me double portions of chicken and feta no matter how many times I said one scoop only. I have never gotten only 250 calories of chicken from there. Then I tried to get only veg but couldn’t get them to understand I didn’t want any of the proteins. Their cabbage slaw and picked onions are sooo good though.
