I thought those were ravioli and I found the sauerkraut very confusing for a minute. Haha I’d skip the pasta sauce personally but looks like a great, low calorie meal. Thanks for the inspiration.

I definitely recommend trying spaghetti squash (thats the name of the squash). You do eat it like it’s a carb, you cut in half horizontally and oil then bake it. Once it’s baked or air fried you just let it sit and you scrape it with a fork and eat it like pasta. I like mine with tomato sauce with Italian blend. Trust me it’s like 35 cal and an amazing taste.

My favorite way to make pierogi (my Polish Grandma is screaming at me from beyond the grave) is to use wanton skins instead of dough – saves time and calories. I’ve never had frozen ones because Polish.
