  1. Add 1.5 cups (300 ml) warm water.
    Add 1.5 cups (300 ml) warm milk.
    Add 1 teaspoon (8 grams) salt.
    Add 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams).
    Add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
    Add 7 cups flour (840 grams).
    Stir everything until smooth.
    Knead a very soft and slightly sticky dough.
    Cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
    When the dough has doubled, divide into 6-8 equal portions.
    Roll each of them into a round cake 3-4 mm thick.
    Cover the blanks with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.
    Preheat a nonstick skillet.
    Fry the cakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  2. Important! Thickness 3-4 mm! Otherwise, the bread will not be inflated like a ball!
