    Eat a cucumber – I like to cut it into slices and pour come salt over and mix it, it’s a great snack. Super filling

    Eat 10 pickles!

    Or a salad with half a tomato and a cucumber chopped with a little splash of apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper, that’s about 20 cal.

    Or a bowl of broth, 50 cal over won’t make a difference.

    Or ¼ of a square of chocolate

    Or half a cup of cabbage.

    Or just remember that you need to eat 7700 calories over your TDEE (not over your diet budget, but on top of maintenance) to gain *one kilogram*, so going over your diet by 100 calories but still under your TDEE is still losing weight, so be healthy

    these other tips are great lol. one thing i’ve been doing recently is keep cups of homemade jell-o, from the powder packs from the grocery store. 8 cals each cup and it’s a big one, sometimes a mug full of hardened jell-o. my fav flavors are lime, strawberry and pineapple. anyway, i take a spoonful from the mug of jello and just… swallow the spoonful without chewing, so the chunk of jello just goes down to my stomach in a big piece, to give me a full sensation…. maybe it’s kinda gross, but yeah i swallow it like a huge pill lol

  5. TRUST MEEEEEE!!! go to walmart buy a beefsteak tomato, no other. season with salt and pepper. try it just once
