    This picture is making me wonder why breakfast places don’t offer a lower cal variety plate like this. Many mornings I would like half a piece of French toast, one egg, two pieces of bacon, maybe some avocado or salsa, and not have to spend a small fortune ordering everything as a side or trying to split with my husband who probably wants an omelette.

    How did you make the French toast? Whenever I make French toast (from scratch), one slice is like 400 calories in itself 😭😂 I’m curious how you got yours to be only 170? Did you use something other than milk and butter to make it? I’d love a recipe!! It looks like a perfect breakfast!

  6. What bacon brand is only 60 cals for 2 pieces??? 😭 need. Lol the one I like is 80cal per slice.

    Do you fry the bacon first and then use the excess to fry the egg?
