I used 150g of my protein bread (the brand is called Dr. Almond and they have all sorts of bread from 80-190 calories per 100g. Mine has 94 calories/100g and 10,3g of protein!) (140)
Then I preheated the oven to 350 F and sprinkled on 50g of light mozzarella. (130)
After 15 minutes I took it out, let it cool down a bit and I topped it with 120g of bresaola (120)
For the side salad I had 100g of mixed salad with corn (25) and 1/2 a bell pepper (15). Then I used 3 tbsp of salsa (Yes salsa!) as the dressing (20). I also used some balsamic glaze (25) and hummus (20)
Trust me, it’s so good.
