
Can be customized to your preferences, but the ingredients I used came out pretty low-calorie for a “meal”:
– 2 Slices of Bread (140)
– 1 Egg (70)
– 1 Slice of Cheese (60)
= 270 Calories
*Obviously, you can add more cheese or add additional side options, but the “base” is pretty straightforward and low.
I simply cooked the bread and cheese first (grilled cheese) in a skillet, and I then cut-out a hole in the center to cook a fried-egg. The photo included is half-way through the cooking process FYI.
Super easy and tasty! I enjoyed dipping the grilled cheese in the runny yolk.
