Dinner November 14, 2025After an 8-hour drive and a stop for groceries, I was tired and needed to slap a quick meal on the table. Paneer and peas simmered in a jarred curry sauce, with samosas from the freezer section on the side. I did summon up the energy to make some Jeera rice 😋
