Dinner December 25, 2025Christmas Eve roast dinner! Pork roast, sautéed brussel sprouts, and roasted potatoes, smothered with a pan gravy made from the roast drippings. Homemade Irish Soda bread on the side.
Dinner December 25, 2025Nailed a prime rib in the oven tonight, not perfect but pretty good for not having a thermometer. Kinda fun to guess a little and this is a forgiving cook. Merry Christmas, prime rib isn’t too hard so go get em!
