1200 Calorie Diet March 11, 2025had this today for breakfast and without thinking just measured 180g of dry mix assuming that’s a serving. i’ve now realised it may of meant 180g is the weight of three prepared pancakes. can anyone clarify i’m worried i just ate over 900 cals for breakfast this morning and i feel like an idiot
