1200 Calorie Diet May 19, 2025ALFREDO PASTA WITH GREEK YOGURT & Bertoli Alfredo sauce . 406 total for this whole serving . I used 1/4 cup of bertoli sauce and 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt . Mixed the sauces together and added garlic and onion powder . I also used bettergood dairy free cheese also 1/4 cup.
