




Here’s a snack I make whenever I need something quick. You can use the whole flatbread and double everything else to make it a meal. I would also add veg to it to make it more filling.
Half of a Joseph’s lavash flatbread – 60 calories
1 slice of turkey – 25 calories
Half a supreme mini Brie – about 35 calories
When I want to make it a full lunch with a side of fruit etc, I make the whole flatbread.
