

200gr konjac fettucine (16cal)
100gr soft tofu (122cal)
1tsp olive oil (40cal)
1 tbsp curry powder (6cal ?)
80ml 1,5% milk (35cal)
50gr green beans (15cal)
some salt
I almost couldn’t finish it. Though I liked it for the most part, the noodles and tofu didnt pick up the flavor of the curry much. Never cooked these before so any advice would be really appreciated. What else do you prepare your tofu with?

May not be the vibe you were going for, but my mind instantly jumped to Thai peanut butter sauce to tie this dish together
Onion and garlic with olive oil. Add tofu. Tumeric, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper. You can add curry too.
