Salad with lettuce, broccoli, tomato, cucumber, salt, blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing

Strawberry yogurt with chocolate protein powder, strawberries, and raspberries

Chocolate milk (not shown)

Total is 1,199 calories, 35.5g of fat, 122.6g of carbs, and a WHOPPING (at least in my opinion) 98 grams of protein!!!
