I cannot stress enough what a difference it makes to mix the egg and egg whites and salt them and let it rest WHILE you cook your steak. The eggs taste so much better when the salt has had time to do its thing!

I didn’t use any butter or oil. Put fruit on plate while meat is cook.

Cook the meat. When it’s almost done, throw the eggs right in with the meat and grease. Measure out your cheese and toss it in right before the meat and eggs finish cooking. Put on plate. Season to taste. Yum. Full. Yay.
