Terrible macros, but adding cheese / sauces makes the majority of cals.
Add / remove veggies as you please

**Important tip** :get this with marinara sauce (the sauce they use with the meatballs), it only adds abt 20-30 cals and makes it much more moist and enjoyable

I really like subway as fast food goes, i sound sponsored but its like, all the convenience of fast food, but you can control the calories counts like a restaurant.

Though it is really location dependant, some places really suck, try a couple locations before you give up on it, trust.

    I’ve been removing the bread and adding to cutdacarb! I’ve also used low carb tortillas! The bread alone is almost 400 calories so that one little switch saves me! Skinny girl Italian dressing is amazing and 10 calories for 2 tbsps!

    Yeah I’m always surprised by this! I get my 6 inch for about 300 calories and it’s so filling! I use the same website and it seems to be correct according to some of the information they display in store (UK anyway)
