220 calories for four lil’ cakes, and 15g of protein, I make them all at once, freeze them, and then microwave em for 2 minutes in the morning. Top it with honey and I’m done, super easy! You can also make them even higher in protein by adding egg whites, whole milk, or protein powder to the original mix. Super easy prep, don’t sleep on it.
