


Hi guys! You enjoyed one of my other meals so much I thought Iâd share another! If you take away the chicken sausage itâs 308 calories and itâs something I commonly eat when I do the whole 30- itâs super filling and satisfying! If you want to bulk it up a little more I suggest adding sautĂ©ed peppers, onions and spinach! I typically would top with green onions and hot sauce but I am out of it đ Enjoy!!
