I’ve always been someone who was ‘naturally’ thin, and I would mostly eat junk food, never tried to be healthy until recently, I gained a few pounds after entering a relationship (he feeds me too well lmao) so now I’m trying to lose them (about 15 pounds) and also try to change my habits of eating all junk food. Meals like this really help! I always thought foods like protein waffles would be disgusting, I was definitely wrong.
