

1.5 cups (1/4 package) iceberg salad (15), 1 campari tomato (15), 14 grams reduced fat fiesta blend cheese (45), 1 Tbsp buttermilk ranch dressing (55), served over cold pasta (cooked last night from 28g dry elbow noodles) (100)
Salad total 230
Served with 4 mini breadsticks (10), 5 white grapes (20), 1.5 oz steak strips (60), and 1 cup almond milk (30)
Meal total 350.
Notes:
The noodles need to chill overnight!
it’s not a lot of dressing, and it helps to salt the tomatoes when assembling it so its not too dry.
I got really full from this one and will probably repeat frequently!
