Egg (75), 1/2 bagel thin (40), 7 grams shredded parmesan (30), and 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning (10), fried in 1 Tbsp basil pesto sauce (60), total for the egg-in-a-hole thingy is 215; Served with 5 strawberries (20) half a banana (50) and 1 cutie clementine (35); Not pictured 1 mug of coffee (5).

Notes: The pesto acts as the cooking oil/spray, as well as being sauce/seasoning. It heats faster than butter or oil I think, because I was able to turn the heat much lower than usual.

It was…. a lot of pesto. I will probably use about half the amount next time. It was also a good amount of parm… half of it is under the egg and half on top. Tasted good, but you could get away with a lot less if needed to fit calorie budget. Revised calories with half the pesto and half the cheese would be 170 for the egg dish or 280 for the meal.
