    – 100g liquid egg whites = 68cal

    – 10g grated parmesan cheese = 40cal

    – 1/2 avocado (65g) = 104cal

    – small tortilla wrap (40g) = 123cal

    – 25g tzatziki = 18cal

    Macros:
    332cal, 19g protein, 28g carbs, 16g fat

    So hard to believe this dense meal is under 400!

    I suppose that’s the beauty of egg whites and tzatziki.
