I love to do this for dinner when i want to be full but i still want to have space for snacks afterwards! Typically my first meal of the day will be lunch and somewhere around 600 calories. This will follow up and itโ€™ll leave me 200-300 calories for snacking which is plenty when you know how to snack right!

This is;

– One smashed bagel split in two and toasted (216 calories for the whole bagel)
– 35g of light cream cheese (32 calories)
– 2 thin chicken breast slices (36 calories)
– 15g protein cheese snack bites (70 calories)
– 100g of strawberries (33 calories)

when iโ€™m tight on calories i leave out the snack bites but i must say they help keep me full and only 15g have 5g of protein so i see it as a good additive to keep me fuller! i like to dip them in some of the extra cream cheese too which is why i leave a bit on the plate for me to dip!

personally this is the ideal dinner for me. i cannot get full without eating some serious carbs so the bagel calories are an absolute necessity to keep my mind off food!

if i didnโ€™t have much to eat for lunch/had a smaller lunch then i will have a second bagel when my calories allow it and i crave it!
