


Deciding to make the switch from 20:4 fasting to 18:6. I’m doing this because it’s gonna make it alot easier for me to actually eat all the calories I need without it being all in one sitting.
Also, mom got groceries!
Breakfast – chocolate milk, strawberries, and mini rice cakes.
Shortly after, when they were done baking – muffins with butter and walnuts
Lunch – 2 birria and cheese pupusas with an Arnold Palmer
Total was 1,191 calories, 43.8 grams of protein, 156.6 grams of carbs, and 46.9 grams of fat.
