      * 350 grams of powdered sugar
      * 60 grams of cocoa powder
      * 2 grams of salt
      * 3 large egg whites
      * 250 grams of chocolate chips

      Instructions

      1. First sieve 350 grams of icing sugar into a mixing bowl.
      2. Then add 2 grams of salt.
      3. Then add 60 grams of cocoa powder to the mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
      4. Add 3 large egg whites to the bowl. Mix everything together.
      5. Add 250 grams of chocolate chips to the batter. Mix everything together.
      6. Let the cookie batter set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
      7. Place small cookies (30 grams each) or large cookies (50 grams each) on a baking tray.
      8. Bake the small flourless chocolate cookies for 10 minutes (160℃) and the large cookies for 12 minutes.
